2006年 OEMを主体とし会社設立
同年中国上海に事務所を開設
2010年 本社を墨田区菊川から渋谷区千駄ケ谷へ移転
2011年 ブランドビジネス事業部を開設同時に千駄ケ谷にショールーム開設
米国『JUNK FOOD CLOTHING社』と独占輸入契約を交わし本格スタート
同年　上海金山区に自社工場を開設
2014年 米国『SISTERS OF LOSANGELES社』と商標使用許諾（ライセンス）契約を締結
米国『BRENTWOOD SPORTS WEAR』の日本国内における商標を取得
2016年 米国「UNIVERSAL OVERALL COMPANY社」と商標使用許諾（ライセンス）契約を締結
2017年 本社事務所　ショールームを、同区千駄ケ谷1丁目に集約して移転
2018年 自社EC事業部を開設
2019年 株式会社GSl アブロス社との「Robert P. Miller」の協業販売を開始
「DISCUS ATHLETIC」VINTAGE LABELの独占販売権契約
同年、UNIVERSAL OVERALL直営店open
2020年 トルコのデニムメー力一「MARITAS DENIM」とのプライオリティーディストリビューター契約を締結
2021年 2021年「Robert P. Miller」力スタムオーダービジネスの独占契約を締結
同年、「MARITAS DENIM」販売開始

Corporate Profile

In 2006 Established a corporation anchored by OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Opened an office in Shanghai, China.
In 2010 Moved the head office from Kikukawa in Sumida ward to Sendagaya in Shibuya ward.
In 2011 Established a brand business division and opened a showroom in Sendagaya.
Started a business with JUNK FOOD CLOTHING after having an exclusive contract for the import.
Opened an own factory in Jinshan District, China.
In 2014 Concluded a trademark license agreement with Sisters of Los Angeles.
Obtained a Japanese trademark right of BRENTWOOD SPORTS WEAR.
In 2016 Concluded a trademark license agreement with UNIVERSAL OVERALL COMPANY.
In 2017 Moved the showroom of the head office in Sendagaya 2-chome to Sendagaya 1-chome in Shibuya ward.
In 2018 Established an our own company E-commerce division.
In 2019 Started cooperative sales of Robert P. Miller with GSI ABROS co., ltd.
Concluded an exclusive distribution agreement for DISCUS ATHLETIC VINTAGE LABEL.
Opened UNIVERSAL OVERALL-Flagship store.
In 2020 Concluded a priority distributor agreement with Turkish denim manufacturer MARITAS DENIM.
In 2021 Concluded an exclusive contract with Robert P. Miller for custom order business.
Started selling MARITAS DENIM.
